Chris Wolohan

Founder, Managing Partner

Chris is a founder and the managing partner of Alpine Lake Capital Partners. Based in Denver, Chris leads the firm's acquisition, diligence and fundraising efforts. He will take active leadership and governance roles with the firm's portfolio companies.

Prior to Alpine Lake, Chris spent more than five years as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Primoris Services Corporation, a NASDAQ listed firm (PRIM). Primoris has over $1B in market cap and over $2B in revenue. Chris successfully closed 17 transactions while at Primoris.

Chris brings financial and operational experience to the firm, having previously served as the SVP and CFO at Emphusion and as an operational and financial leader at The TriZetto Group.

Chris' prior experience also includes time as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and as an Associate at KPMG Audit.

Chris has a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA, Corporate Strategy & Finance, from the University of Michigan. He carries the designation of CPA.
